Geeta Sharma
How I Started
I worked as a handicraft artisan for over 10 years, gathering the necessary experience and making valuable connections. This helped me understand the pain points of fashion brands and my customers.
In 2005, I pursued my passion as a businesswoman, focusing on helping brands and startups grow.
HowWe Started
Back in 2011, we took the decision of starting our own production factory in Agra. For us, it wasn't just about scaling up; it was about creating something meaningful that would benefit both our business and the local community.
Looking back, setting up our own factory in Agra was one of the best decisions we've made.
We were connected to skilled artisans, filled with ideas, and a fair share of goals. The costs were high, and we often wondered if we were taking on too much risk. But we knew that if we wanted to maintain the quality we promised our clients, having control over our production was crucial.
